Don’t we all love a good murder mystery? Pinoy thriller and mystery fans have new reasons to look forward to the upcoming premiere of the HBO Original limited thriller series The Undoing this Monday, October 26.
David E. Kelley, showrunner for Big Little Lies and Ally McBeal has teamed-up once again with Nicole Kidman, this time she pairs with Hugh Grant in a not-so-romantic comedy series that will surely let us see them work on a much darker mood.
It is loosely adapted from the book “You Should Have Known”
Based on Jean Hanff Korelitz’s novel, the series follows Grace and Jonathan Fraser who are living the only lives they ever wanted for themselves. Overnight, a chasm opens in their lives: a violent death and a chain of terrible revelations. Left behind in the wake of a spreading and very public disaster and horrified by the ways in which she has failed to heed her own advice, Grace must dismantle one life and create another for her child and her family.
