Globe entered the world of cinema by launching its first film festival entitled, “Globe Independent Film Festival” or GIFF. This film festival is an addition to the ever growing industry where local filmmakers are given the chance to showcase their talents and passion for moving pictures. Interestingly, the aspect that makes this film festival different from the other ones out there is that all entries will be released online. With that being said, this is the first online film festival in the Philippines.  

To spark the festival vibes, Globe released 5 short films directed by acclaimed local directors and you can watch all of them below!
