‘Heneral Luna’ announces Deluxe DVD, premiere on free television, online streaming, and more!

Just in time for Independence Day, T.B.A. (Tuko, Buchiboy, and Artikulo Uno) is rolling out a multi-media blitz for their so-far biggest film Heneral Luna. Jerrold Tarog’s historical epic is slated for a number of releases across different platforms this month.

The film is now available to stream on-demand on Cinetropa.com, the first exclusively Filipino movie streaming service. An HD stream will set you back 288 PHP (that is, if you live in the Philippines; it’s $6.99 everywhere else). Cinematropa.com is throwing in streaming of both Enzo Williams’ Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo and Ida Del Mundo’s K’na, the Dreamweaver for free for those who stream Heneral Luna this month of June.

Heneral Luna, along with Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo, will also make its premiere on free television on June 11th and 12th respectively. Both will air on ABS-CBN.

After a widely successful initial DVD launch, Heneral Luna is following up with a Deluxe edition in which an even bigger bulk of content is included in this new, special dual-disc edition, which includes featurettes, never-before-seen cast auditions, behind-the-scenes footage, and commentaries from the director and producers. A promotional launch will be held on June 12 at ToyCon 2016 at SMX Convention Center in SM Mall of Asia. The film’s cast and crew will be present at said event.
