Drop what you’re doing and watch this new ‘A Monster Calls’ trailer

The trailer for J.A. Bayona’s newest fantasy film, A Monster Calls, is here and it is absolutely gorgeous. Based on the beloved novel written by Patrick Ness, the story revolves around a boy trying to cope with the struggles of having a terminally-ill mother.  

The trailer looks promising with its captivating visuals and spectacular music. Speaking of, if you want to listen to the score again, M83 scored the trailer with “Lower Your Eyelids To Die With The Sun.” This is such a beautiful music to accompany a well-crafted trailer. Further, Sigourney Weaver, Felicity Jones, AND Liam Neeson are in this film. What more can one ask for a cast? Fans of the book are already rejoicing but we’ll just have to wait and see if the film truly lives up to the expectations.
