It’s undeniable that for some perfect timing, the numbers in COVID-19 infections have dropped massively to a rate that allows NCR to go on Alert Level 2. Although with exceptions from other cities in the country, NCR being one of the largest capitals in the Philippines opens its doors to more establishments like the cinemas to reopen.
