This comes quite as a shocker since it was Tatum’s passion and involvement in the first place that encouraged Fox to ramp-up production. In fact, the studio has already been testing up-and-coming actresses, like Lea Seydoux (Spectre), to star alongside Tatum.
Insiders claim though that studio’s working hard on things to keep Tatum. Negotations are still being made and it is still not clear whether director Rupert Wyatt (Rise of the Planet of the Apes) would soon have to find a new leading man to step into the shoes of the Rajin’ Cajun.
