Paddy goes home in trailer for ‘Looking: The Movie’

HBO has just released the trailer for Looking: The Movie, the feature-length finale to the critically acclaimed series. Despite good reviews, the show failed to get renewed for a third season because of low ratings, much to the dismay of its small but passionate fan base. Looking tells the story of a group of thirty-something gays dealing with life in San Francisco. And because it’s created by Andrew Haigh, it’s guaranteed to be beautifully shot, well written, and emotionally gut-wrenching.

Meanwhile, Agustín (Frankie J. Alvarez) is concerned about his destructive nature, while Dom (Murray Bartlett) is sporting a full beard and vaping. Of course Doris (Lauren Weedman) – best heterosexual female friend ever – is back, along with the rest of the cast, even Brady, Richie’s boyfriend. Ugh.
