Captain America: Civil War
While Civil War is promising to deliver the biggest assembly of superheroes on the big screen since The Avengers, a number of supporting “human” characters are expected to take sides as well. One of which is Martin Freeman’s character, who Empire Magazine now confirms to be Everett Ross, although comic fans have speculated as much since Freeman’s casting was announced. In the comics, Everett Ross is a government personnel in Wakanda, the homeland of Black Panther.
Empire has also released the first up-close look at Crossbones, who is played by Frank Grillo.
Lastly, Empire confirms that Gwyneth Paltrow’s Pepper Potts will also appear in Civil War. She has appeared in four MCU movies (Iron Man 1-3, and The Avengers).

The now Academy Award nominated director (for The Big Short), who will collaborate with writers Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari and actor Paul Rudd, has this to say:
“We’ve been talking to Marvel actually. We just talked to them the other day, and it looks like I will be involved. I don’t know if it’s gonna be right from page one. But it looks like I will definitely be involved.”
